Q: What is a Lead Generating Billboard?
A: A Lead Generating Billboard is a condensed website containing property listings, your contact information, links to your social media, blogs and more. AgentBillboard optimizes these pages to rank high on search engine results, drawing buyer and seller traffic across the U.S. Leads from a search in any city are sent directly to the agent in that city.

Q: How do Buyers and Sellers find me?
A: Buyers and Sellers will find you two ways. First, on AgentBillboard.com from our Home and Search pages. Visitors search for properties or agents by City and State. When you become our affiliate in any town, your Lead Generating Billboard is displayed to the visitor containing all your contact information and several lead capture forms located on the page. Second, from search engines like Google, Bing, Yahoo! and others. Your Lead Generating Billboard(s) are optimized for search engines to begin ranking for all Keyword phrases you input in your Admin Panel.

Q: How do I see if my town is available?
A: From the Home or Search page, enter your City and State in the "Find a Property" or "Find a Realtor" search boxes. If an agent has taken that city, their Splash Page will appear. If it's available, you will see a generic billboard message.

Q: AgentBillboard looks cheap compared to Realtor.com, Trulia and Zillow?
A: Great leads don't have to cost a lot. AgentBillboard generates fresh leads at an affordable price with our proprietary technology developed over the last 15 years. Join now and be the only Realtor in your city, as we build the largest exclusive network of real estate professionals in over 40,000 cities nationwide.

Q: When will I start seeing leads?
A: You can expect to see traffic on your Lead Generating Billboard within a few weeks of joining. You can track your page hits right in your Admin Panel. Building a consistent stream of leads takes a bit of time. Some agents will see results immediately while others will take a few weeks to a few months to begin seeing results. If you buy 5 or more cities, you will be on the 1st page of Google within 48 hours. Leads should begin coming in shortly thereafter.

Q: Will AgentBillboard produce results for me?
A: See our current results for yourself. Go to Google and search for "Singer Island Real Estate" and look for Singer Island Realty on the first page. Then, search for "Jupiter Island Real Estate" and look for JupiterIslandRealEstate.com on the first page. Scroll to the bottom of any page on either site to see "Powered by AgentBillboard". Both sites run on our proprietary platform. Your Splash pages and Websites will too.

Q: What do you mean by exclusive territories?
A: AgentBillboard will work with only 1 Realtor per town or city, that's it. Once you reserve a territory, it's yours until you give it up. All inquiries for your area go directly to you. Many lead companies break up their territories by zip codes and distribute leads to multiple agents in each zip code. AgentBillboard sends you ALL the leads in the entire town or city.

Q: If I order multiple cities, do I get multiple Lead Generating Billboards?
A: Yes. A Lead Generating Billboard is automatically created upon signup for each town or city you reserve. All pages are managed from one simple Admin Panel.

Q: How do I manage my Billboards?
A: Immediately upon signup, you're taken to your Admin Panel where you will be able to maintain all your Billboards from one location. You can upload your photo, contact info, social media links, blogs, website info, IDX search links and more.

Q: Do you guarantee leads?
A: We guarantee that if we don't produce leads, you will leave AgentBillboard. We've worked hard to get you to sign up...we will work twice as hard to keep you!

Q: Can I buy Billboards in multiple cities?
A: Yes. During the sign-up process, you will have the opportunity to add additional territories to your order. Each additional Billboard costs just $19.95 per month for exclusive leads in that city.

Q: What is the cost of a Lead Generating Billboard?
A: The price is $99.95/month per city for your primary territory. Each additional city is $19.95 per month. We run email time sensitive promotions from time to time which overrides all pricing displayed on the site.

Q: If I do a Custom Website, do I also get the Billboard?
A: Yes! You get the Custom Website, Lead Generating Billboard and a Premium Listing in our Realtor Directory at AgentBillboard.net

Q: Do other agents get leads in my city?
A: No. Once you reserve a city Billboard or Custom Website, you get 100% of the leads in that city. You are the only agent we will work with in that city.

Q: How long does a Custom Website take to launch?
A: That all depends on the complexity of the site. Most will take just a few days.

Q: I already have a domain name, can we use it for the AgentBillboard site?
A: Yes! There is a feature at your registrar where you can re-direct your domain name to any URL of your choosing. If you need help with this, we have a nominal charge of $25 to complete the process. Call 205.287.9000 with any questions.

Q: How do I sign up for IDX?
A: IDX is only available to our Website clients from the front end. We integrate the IDX features within your custom website. When you sign up for a website, you will choose your IDX package during the signup process. IDX for the Lead Generating Billboards can be purchased from your Admin Panel AFTER you go through the signup process.

Q: I noticed your Billboards have blogs, I hate blogging!
A: We know! We've made it really easy to blog right from your Admin Panel. In less than 5 minutes per week you, can post blogs about real estate, personal stuff or local happenings. Additionally, we add blog content to your site several times a week for you. Blogs are a great way to show website visitors that you are the local real estate expert in your area.

Q: Do I have to sign a contract with AgentBillboard?
A: No. You may cancel your subscription at any time. There are no early termination fees.

Q: Why is the city I want not listed on the Sign Up page?
A: If one or more of the cities you would like to reserve are not listed on the Sign Up page, it is likely that the city is taken already by another agent. That territory now belongs exclusively to them until they give it up. Sometimes our database omits a town or city mistakenly. Call us or send an email from our contact page and we'll check it for you.
